01 · Who can do what?
One platform, three ways to take part
Roles can be combined: one person may be an athlete, coach and venue manager.
Coach
Present disciplines, qualifications, rates and service areas; publish availability; receive requests and bookings; offer private or group lessons; manage reviews and payouts.
CoachVenue manager
Manage the venue, sites, courts, photos, leadership team and memberships; open paid public slots or free member slots; review attachment requests and track bookings and payouts.

How does sign-up work?
Your account is personal and can later combine several roles.

Create the account
Choose your email and password, or use Google.

Confirm your email
Open the message and confirm your address. You can request another email after 60 seconds.

Choose your journey
Complete an athlete profile, coach application or venue management request.

Complete your profile
Add relevant sports and levels, qualifications, availability or venue details.
03 · Athlete → club
How does an athlete join a club?
This shows sporting membership; it grants no management rights.

Request sent
The athlete selects the club from their profile.

The club has a manager
Managers receive a notification and email, then accept or reject the request.

The club has no manager
Membership remains declared and unverified. It is not shown publicly among licensed members.

After approval
The club appears on the public profile and the athlete among licensed members. They may leave at any time.
04 · Manager → venue
How does a manager claim a venue?
This grants management rights and therefore requires stronger verification.

Existing managers
They receive the request by email and notification and can accept or reject it.

No manager, public email available
A code valid for 30 minutes is sent to the public address. Administration is also informed and can review the request.

No manager or public email
The request is sent to administration for manual review.

Access granted
The manager can edit the venue according to their access level. Roles can be combined and changed.
05 · Coach → club
How does a coach work for a club?
This link shows where the coach teaches; it grants no management rights.

Request sent
From the Pro area, “Clubs where I teach”, the coach picks the club and the sports taught there.

The club is notified
Club managers get a notification and see the request on the club page.
- 3
Accept or decline
The manager accepts or declines; the coach is notified of the decision.

After approval
The coach appears on the club page and their page shows “Teaches at”. The link can be removed at any time.
